Guided by deep experience in the offshore wind sector, the consortium intends to apply for the license for the development and operation of the 1,400 MW offshore wind capacity project in Sørlige Nordsjø II.

Norseman’s development of Sørlige Nordsjø II is projected to require investments totaling NOK 30-35 billion. In an effort to bolster local involvement, Norseman Wind is dedicated to allocating a minimum of 50% of contracts to Norwegian suppliers. This commitment is expected to create over 14,000 long-term jobs in Norway throughout the project’s lifecycle.
